I manage a small IT consulting company with remote developers and I’m always working on several side projects, probably too many. 🙂
Over the years, I’ve worked across different roles, from programming to CTO responsibilities, so I’ve had the chance to experience software development from many angles.
I’m especially passionate about the opportunities AI is creating for developers. I don’t see AI as a threat, but as a multiplier: a tool that can make (good) developers more effective, help move faster, and open the door to building things that were much harder to create before.
